Banana Bread

We have a bunch of browning bananas so I decided to make some banana bread. I changed my recipe up a bit and it turned out to be way better.  They are nice and moist but not too dense.

Banana Bread

Ingredients

-3 ripe bananas, mashed   -2 cups whole wheat flour   -1/2 cup milk  -1 cup oats -1/2 cup sugar (preferably raw)   -1/2 cup of chopped almonds   -2 tsp. cinnamon   - 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda  -1/4 tsp. salt  -1 tbsp. vanilla  -1/2 tsp. nutmeg  -4 tsp. baking powder -1 tsp. cocoa powder

Instructions

- Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius or 302 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Mash the 3 bananas in a bowl with a fork.
-Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly together in a bowl, add flour last so everything mixes in easier.
-Pour into 2 greased bread pans.
-Bake for 1 hour.
-Let cool completely before slicing.
Makes 2 loaves, 16 slices each.
1 piece is app 70 calories.
If you want bigger slices make each loaf have 8 slices and it will be 140 calories per slice
